Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing us to purchase your favorite products, and we are happy to serve you. If you are not satisfied with the product because of defect that happened to it during shipping or you received a different product, we at Shaha will do our best to make it easy and fast.

All you must do is contact our customer service who will assist you accordingly at +966 920015715 or send an email to info@shaha.com.sa within ten days of receiving your shipment

  • The product must be a return to us in the same condition as received and in its original box and packaging intact. Where there is a break or defect by the customer, the company will not accept the return
  • The original invoice must be present.
  • Products that have been opened and have a manufacturing defect can be replaced with the same item.

Procedure for refund

 In case of delivery by Aramex

  • *The customer can return the product(s) by sending them to Aramex. In this case, the customer may pay shipping costs if any.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will refund the price of the product and any applicable delivery charge. *
  • Delivery charge will be refund only if, because of such error, you receive:
    • a wrong product
    • a manufacturing defect
  • If you paid by credit/debit card, we would process the refund by crediting within 14 workdays to the same credit/debit card used during the order process. (please take into confederation any further time your bank may require completing the process).
  • Cash on delivery, the customer will receive the refund cash (up to 3K).


To start a return, you can contact us at info@shaha.com.sa. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
